Shipping Policy (India Orders)
HomieStyle.in currently ships orders only within India.
Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our supplier’s warehouse within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are usually processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping (Gujarat): Estimated delivery within 6–7 business days after dispatch.

Standard Shipping (All Other States): Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days after dispatch, and in some remote or less‑serviceable pincodes delivery may take up to 15 business days as per the courier’s timelines.

Actual delivery times may vary due to courier network, local restrictions, weather, or other factors beyond our direct control.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on your delivery location, weight, and product and will be shown clearly on the order summary/checkout page before you complete payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, the tracking ID and courier details will be updated in your order information and/or sent via email/SMS (where available).

Courier Partners & Serviceability

Our supplier currently uses leading courier partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express; the specific courier is selected based on serviceability to your pincode.

If a pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, your order may be cancelled and refunded, or you may be asked for an alternative address.
Failed Delivery / Rejected Parcel

If the package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (wrong or incomplete address, unreachable or absent receiver, repeated delivery attempts failed), or if the customer refuses to accept the parcel, the shipment may be returned to the sender.

In such cases, the actual shipping costs incurred for forward and reverse logistics will be deducted from any eligible refund; this may be up to 2× the original shipping charge, as per supplier and courier policy.
Return Shipping & Non‑refundable Shipping Fees

Unless a product is confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect due to HomieStyle or supplier error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges (both outbound and return) are non‑refundable in all cases, even when a refund is approved for the product price.
Shipping Delays & Transit Issues

After dispatch, the shipment is handled by the courier company, and there may be delays due to weather, operational issues, network constraints, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In rare cases where a shipment is delayed or stuck in transit, it may take the courier up to 45 days to resolve the issue or close the case (including lost-in-transit investigations) as per their policy.

HomieStyle is not responsible for courier‑caused delays once the package has left the supplier’s facility, but our team will support you in following up with the courier and tracking updates.
Receiving Your Order (Inspection on Delivery)

At the time of delivery, customers are advised to inspect the outer package before signing or accepting.

If the parcel appears visibly damaged, tampered, or incomplete, you are encouraged to (a) refuse delivery or (b) accept it only after signing as “Damaged” on the courier slip/app and then contact us the same day with photos and details.
Bank Holidays & Non‑Working Days

Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays and public/bank holidays; such orders are processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines shown on the website are business days and do not include Sundays or public/bank holidays.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges (Linked Policies)

Refund approvals, timelines, and conditions (unused, undamaged, original packaging) are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which should be read together with this Shipping Policy.

HomieStyle currently handles exchanges as a new order: you may raise a valid return/refund request (if eligible) and then place a separate order for the new product, size, or variant.
